LawLeaf values the relationships we've created and more importantly proud of our history of providing our clients with the best customer support within the industry. We recently received a letter from a client that applied for lawsuit funding with LawLeaf. She was short of losing her place of residency. We have included the letter below for your review:
When I say there is no substitution for great customer service, I mean it. I will attempt to explain how much I appreciate the hard work and effort spent getting me approved. I went from having phone and internet coverage to getting it disconnected within a day of contacting the LawLeaf Company. It is somewhat amazing to think a company could provide such great customer service to someone that was in my position. There is no question that anyone contemplating lawsuit funding should apply with your company.
I applied with LawLeaf after reading a ton of great reviews about the company. The reviews I read came from customers and attorneys that previously used your service. When I applied with LawLeaf, the response time from the initial application was almost immediate. I was contacted by a representative who asked me several questions about my case. After explaining my case to him, he told me that while he would exhaust all of his resources, he could not guarantee I would be approved. While that wasn’t exactly what I wanted to hear, I knew based upon my conversation, LawLeaf would do just that. He suggested I contact my attorney to let him know he was sending over a request for information. He made me aware that gathering the information on a personal injury case could take several days so be patient with my attorney. I immediately contacted my attorney and he forwarded me to the paralegal. The paralegal never heard of LawLeaf before I brought the company to her attention. She worked to get the information over to the company so they could begin working on the advance.
During the first twelve hours I probably called my representative 4-5 times and vice versa. He was extremely responsive and equally committed to me. A day later my phone and Internet was turned off and I had no real way to connect with him. He apparently contacted the paralegal and made her aware that my phone was disconnected. He told her he would continue the process until he heard otherwise. He worked directly with the paralegal as this point of contact.
When I was approved I didn’t exactly know about it. The first chance I got, I contacted the paralegal for an update on my application. She told me that my application was approved two days prior and she had the contract in hand. I immediately made arrangements to get to the office that day. When I sat down to review the contract, I was told by the attorney and paralegal how impressed they were with your company’s professionalism and willingness to work with a client that was nearly inaccessible. The paralegal mentioned that she has worked with other lawsuit funding companies in the past, but never one quite like LawLeaf. The process was extremely exhausting because there was so much riding on this approval. I can’t begin to explain how much I needed the advance. My phone, internet and cable was turned off because I couldn’t pay the bill. I was even in the rear on my rent payments which could have spelled disaster. I immediately got my phone, internet and cable turned back on and I’ve got enough money now to pay for rent for the next 9 months or so.
You can read on the Internet the decision to hire a great personal injury attorney could be the most important decision you make. I would say a close second would be hiring a company like LawLeaf.
Thank you!
